Jarrod and Chelsea run a fantastic, family-owned business — a 5-star experience from start to finish. We identified a septic issue at our store in Combs, AR (Madison County) over Memorial Day weekend, which is about as bad of timing as it gets for a business that needs to stay up and running. They made time to work us in on short notice, fully understanding the urgency given the nature of our business. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about getting us back operational — it was an amazing overall experience, especially considering the circumstances.

I cannot recommend Advanced Septic highly enough! Late Friday afternoon, around 4:00 p.m., we discovered that the septic system at our church had completely backed up and was literally overflowing. To make matters worse, we learned it hadn't been serviced in well over 20 years. When I explained our situation, the owners themselves stepped up. Even though it was a Saturday, the owner and his wife personally came to our church. They had to do some real detective work just to locate the septic tank opening because it had been buried under years of dirt. Throughout the entire process, they took the time to explain what they were doing and answered every question we had.

I called Advanced Septic after making an appointment with another provider a MONTH out. I spoke with Chelsea and she was able to guide me through what I need for the utility. Also, they scheduled it 2 days from the call. I met with the technician Jarred on the day of service. He led me through the system, how to maintain it and a few caveats. Finally, the service was a third of what was quoted by the other company. A real bang for the buck. Thank you all for the help!
